Children's program

I was asked by some parents if I would give riding lessons to children. My answer was: Well let's try why not. But I wanted the child to learn in a different way than I had learned that they would learn to respect the horse and his behaviour. That means doing all the chores that need to be done around a horse, but also working with the horse from the ground and experiencing his mind and feeling his body by touching the horse everywhere.

Through special exercises the child realizes that this big animal becomes a partner and not an animal that you need to oppress or feel you have to tame. Children feel than more and more at ease and loose their anxiety. They learn to respect and feel comfortable with the horse, learn to do anything around the horse from the ground as well as sitting on top of a horse. And they learn to guide a horse without using force but the body in balance with the horse.
