Nebraska
Hello and welcome, I'm Nebraska. I am the second foal born on the Alpen Acres Farm in Switzerland on June 27, 2009. My mom is TGM Calientito De Oro (Cali).
My owners checked my mother each day before my birth every couple of ours, night and day, but I decided to come when they had just left during the night and in the morning as they looked out of the window they saw me standing next to my mother.
When they looked at me closely they realized I had a bite wound on my neck and had difficulties finding the milk bar on my mother. So they called the vet and she came to check me out, and gave me a tetanus shot, as she thought that it was probably a fox who came and wanted to nip me before my mother was able to protect me. My owner and the vet helped me to find the milk bar. Great, I thought, I like this! And I like those people. I was so greatful that I would use any possibility that I could to get a hug from people and to tell you the truth I still do it now.
A couple of weeks after I was born my owner had invited a lot of people and there were a lot of children running around. They all came to see me and hug me. I really liked all that attention and my mother did not mind at all. Now I have become a big Palomino colt and just like my friend Dakota I will be a big boy - about 155cm to 160cm. My owners would like to keep me as a second Stallion because of my way with people and my light coulour as a Palomino. I know I could charm the girls. Also I have an incredible canter. I can be "Speedy Gonzales" when I want and I would probably be perfect for endurance sport or even barrel racing as I am fully balanced when I cut corners.
Look at my pictures below and my Pedigree because to tell you the truth if my owners can't find a big enough property I will be sold. Someone would have to fall in love with me.
